I have the great Citipass coupon books if you would like to purchase one. They are $25 and have gobs of great deals all over the Charlotte metropolitan area. Restaurants are buy one get one free...$10 off to Bi Lo and fun stuff to enjoy with the family like: Buy one get one to a Braves game, 49ers game, ice skating, Lowes Motor Speedway-just to name a few.
All proceeds go to Catherine's House, a transitional housing facility for women and children who are homeless.

Run for the money:
Saturday April 18th at 8am
The Community Foundation of Gaston County will sponsor Run for the Money on Saturday, April 19, 2010. Catherine’s House, a transitional home for women and children who are homeless, will be a participating agency.
If you plan to make a donation to the Foundation this year, please consider Catherine’s House as your beneficiary. Your donation will be matched by the Community Foundation up to $10,000.
For Example: If you donate $500 the foundation will match the $500 - so you are really donating $1,000!
Your gift, in any amount, will allow us to continue our ministry.

Mother’s Day is an important day for that special lady in your life. We have 9 mothers living at Catherine’s House celebrating this special day with their children. Although the children are not able to send flowers or cards to show how much they appreciate their Moms, they let their Mommies know how much they care by giving them big hugs and kisses everyday.
